COMBUSTION SYSTEM WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM

The Weishaupt burner system is ideally suited to Lin Charng's boiler design.
Water is supplied from the ater tank through the pipe and the water pump to the feed water valve and the reverse flow valve from which water enters the boiler from the side part. A typical is equipped with two feed water pump with their pipes fixed with by pass valves which can work alternatively in case of emergency.

OIL THERMO-HEATER

"Oil Thermo-Heater" is operated at high temperature and low pressure, in which the heat transfer is a kind of liquid oil which is heated in the Heater before being dolivered through a high-tmperature pump to a radiator or a heat exchanger where the oil emits heat before flowing back to the Heater for another heating.

Low Operating Cost:

The special interior structure ensures higher effect of heat transfer and minimized consumption of fuel.
Minimized loss of interior pressure lowers the power required by the pump.
To reduce the refilled amount of heat transfer oil.

Safety And Reliability

The negative pressure in the furnace prevents high-temperature gas from escaping.
Since the heat storage capacity of the insulation material is low thus the temp of the heat transfer oil would not exceed it's allowable limit even when the power is cut off
The automatic alarm system would be sent a signal and stopped running of the burner whenever wrong operation occured.
